This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AlwaysBeMe collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, coaching programs, digital products, merchandise sales, and related services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone, mailing/shipping address, payment information (handled by our payment processor - we do not store full card numbers), date of birth where collected for age verification, and details you share during coaching (goals, progress notes, photos or video you upload, testimonials).

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, referring URL, and similar log and analytics data. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance.

Information from third parties: payment confirmations from our processor, shipping updates from carriers, and analytics aggregated by tools like Google Analytics or the Wix platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to: provide and deliver coaching, products, and shipments; process payments and refunds; communicate about orders, scheduling, and program updates; send marketing emails and SMS to people who have opted in; improve the Services; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where required by law (e.g., for EU/UK visitors), our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering what you bought), consent (marketing, optional cookies), legitimate interests (site security, analytics), and legal obligation (tax, fraud prevention).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: service providers (payment processors, email and SMS senders, scheduling platforms, fulfillment and shipping partners, hosting (Wix), and analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), with notice where required.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies (for site function), performance cookies (analytics), and, where applicable, marketing cookies (only with consent). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law we present a consent banner.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Coaching notes are typically retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete data subject to our legal retention duties.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Email opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

SMS opt-out: you can stop SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. The STOP keyword works on all of our marketing messages and ends future marketing texts to that number. You may also reply HELP for support, or email us to opt out. You have the right to revoke consent to SMS messaging at any time, by any reasonable method, and we will honor revocation promptly. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Account and data requests: you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information by emailing privacy@alwaysbeme.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals; we treat global privacy control signals as opt-out requests where required by law.

10. Florida Residents

If you are a Florida resident, the following applies in addition to the rights above.

SMS and telephone solicitation (FTSA): under the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, we must obtain your prior express written consent before sending marketing text messages or autodialed marketing calls to your number. We honor STOP requests on every marketing message, and we will not contact your number for marketing after you opt out. You can also email us to request that your number be added to our internal Do Not Contact list.

Consumer rights: Florida law gives consumers certain rights regarding personal information held by qualifying businesses, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise applicable rights, email us at privacy@alwaysbeme.com and we will verify your request before responding.

Children under 18: Florida residents under 18 who have posted content on the Services can request removal by emailing us. We will remove publicly visible content where required by law, though copies may remain in backups for a period.

11. California, Virginia, and Other State Rights

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain uses of your personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising without consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. International Users / 13. Contact / 14. Changes

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
