Self-Paced
The Self-Paced track is the full Human Operating System framework, on your time, with a seven-day free trial. Seventy-nine dollars per month after the trial. Cancel any time. The framework does not change. The pacing does.
Some operators do not need a coach. They need a clear, well-architected system, the protocols that go with it, and the discipline to run it without an external schedule. The Self-Paced track exists for that operator.
The seven-day trial
No payment information is required to start the trial. Seven days of full access to the framework, the protocols, the diagnostic tools, and the Just Be Community. The intent of the trial is not to demonstrate value. The intent is to install the first two layers — Hardware and Power — and to let the operator measure the shift inside one week.
If the shift does not show up, the trial ends and nothing is charged. If it does show up, the work continues into the paid tier on day eight at seventy-nine dollars per month.
What the trial includes
Full access to the Hardware layer module — the posture audit, the mobility sequence, the desk-architecture protocol, and the diagnostic that surfaces the structural debt most operators have carried for a decade and never named. Full access to the Power layer module — the energy-system architecture protocol that replaces the concept of a diet with the concept of fuel timing. Access to the diagnostic tools that quantify what is actually shifting.
Access to the Just Be Community — the conversation thread that runs underneath the framework, where other operators on the same protocol are working through the same layers in real time.
How the modules are structured
Each of the seven modules — Hardware, Power, CPU, RAM, Storage, Bandwidth, OS — opens with a short framework video that frames the layer in operating-system terms. The video is followed by the diagnostic, which surfaces where the operator is loading the layer hardest. The diagnostic is followed by the protocol — a written, structured intervention with a clear sequence and a measurable endpoint.
The modules are sequential. The framework is designed to be installed in order, because the lower layers stabilize the higher ones. Hardware before Power. Power before CPU. CPU before RAM. The order is not negotiable inside the framework, but the pace is entirely the operator’s.
What measurement looks like
Each layer carries its own diagnostic. Hardware is measured by mobility, postural endurance, and the subjective shift in chronic structural noise. Power is measured by energy stability across the working day. CPU is measured by sleep architecture and time-to-recovery after a high-load week. RAM is measured by the number of open loops the operator is carrying and the cognitive cost of the load. Storage, Bandwidth, and OS each carry their own metrics. The point is not a number for the sake of a number. The point is that the shift is visible.
After day eight
The paid tier opens the remaining five layers — CPU, RAM, Storage, Bandwidth, OS — in order. Each layer is a self-contained module with its own protocol, its own diagnostic, and its own measurable shift. The pacing is the operator’s. The full framework can be installed in ninety days by someone moving fast, or in nine months by someone integrating it without rushing.
Seventy-nine dollars per month. Cancel any time, including before the next charge. No annual commitment. No price increase for existing members as the program scales.
What this track is not
It is not coaching. There are no one-on-one sessions, no Slack access to Lamar Dunn, no calendar bookings. Those live in the Executive and Journey tracks. The Self-Paced track is the framework, the protocols, the diagnostics, and the community. That is the entire scope. Operators who want direct access to Lamar should look at the other tracks.
Start the trial
The next step is seven days of the framework, free, with no payment information required. The shift either shows up in the first week or it does not. Either way, the operator decides on day eight.

The trial does not auto-convert. Day eight requires an explicit decision. If the operator has not added payment information by then, the account closes and the framework access ends. That structure exists because the framework is only useful to operators who have actively chosen to install it.
